Flow Assurance Engineer FE001/18

At Apollo, flow assurance engineering is a multi-skilled role.

The ideal candidate will have a balanced range of advanced engineering experience in traditional flow assurance (OLGA etc.), CFD analysis and/or process engineering. These skills are essential to allow the candidate to support Apollo’s projects from the Appraise/Select phase through to Detailed Design including debottlenecking and repairs/modifications. 

You will provide support to the growing business and carry out a range of engineering design and analysis work from classical hand calculations to advanced analysis techniques.

Structural Designer SD001/18

Due to continued growth, Apollo has an opportunity for a Structural Designer on a staff basis to join our existing team in our central Aberdeen offices.  This role is targeted at the junior – intermediate level and would be best suited to someone with a Draughting / Technical Drawing background, looking to develop their career within big engineering projects.  In line with our commitment to develop and grow our staff to their full potential, design experience will be provided on a wide range of interesting projects, with training and support provided by our experienced design team. 

Piping Designer PD001/18

Apollo have a requirement for a full-time Technical Assistant to join our busy Aberdeen office.  The Apollo ethos is to be engineering-led with a particular focus on providing our clients with high quality engineering services whilst being efficient, reactive and proactive in responding to our clients needs.

Apollo is an engineering services company working across the complete life cycle of marine and offshore assets, including: oil and gas platforms, offshore wind farms, construction vessels, offshore service vessels and subsea equipment. 

The Apollo ethos is to be engineering-led with a particular focus on providing our clients with high quality engineering services whilst being efficient, reactive and proactive in responding to our clients needs.

The Marine and Renewables Business Units provide support to an exciting range of activities for vessel operators, oil and gas producers, renewable energy developers and numerous contractors. Typical projects include back-deck systems design, temporary steelwork design, hydrodynamic analysis, stability analysis, integrity management and general problem solving.

Note that work will normally be based in Apollo's Aberdeen office but there may be opportunities to work in client offices, onsite or on offshore installations for agreed periods of times.
